Goal Setting! 

What are your goals? I have always been a fan of goals and having a vision of what you want.
See your vision clearly?

Good now write it down.

What I usually do, is at the beginning of the month, write a list of ten goals (realistic goals) to complete within the month and then I reward myself at the end of the month. Now your reward doesn’t have to be something expensive- whatever you think will keep you on track. Could be having an in bed Netflix day (this tends to be my goal often as I am usually always on the go). I tend to try to not focus on so many long term goals because as I change and grow as a person, so does my vision and in 5 years 
I will probably exceed my vision of what I am capable of in 5 years.
